\nPrices, Ordering & Payment<\/b><\/style>\n

Essential changes to either the contents or prices, corrections and omissions and will be detailed on our white-label website www.agenuinetreat.co.uk The range, products, inventories and prices updated and published therein will, unless otherwise agreed, be the ones delivered and invoiced.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Prices shown will be maintained for as long as possible. Should any product, packaging or delivery costs increase between ordering and fulfilment, we reserve the right to refer to the customer and either increase the price or offer alternatives at the original cost. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

VAT will be charged at the current rate at the date of invoice. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Payment must be made with the order unless the customer has an approved account. All goods remain our property until full payment is received. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Samples will be invoiced if not returned to us within 28 days, however, any fresh foods will always be invoiced.<\/span><\/span>

\nDelivery<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

We supply hampers throughout the year, but orders for delivery before Christmas and the New Year should be placed by the first Friday in December. After this date, please contact us so that we can confirm availability. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Please ensure that your intended recipients will accept delivery up to and including Christmas Eve. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Addresses for individual deliveries must include full postcodes, mobile phone numbers and email addresses for PoDs. We will not accept responsibility for delays and any subsequent costs arising from the inaccuracy of delivery addresses.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

A spreadsheet for delivery details which merges directly with our carrier\u2019s booking procedure is available HERE<\/a>. This should be completed and attached to each order.<\/span><\/p>\n

N.B. Some areas attract additional delivery costs or surcharges, i.e. Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and anywhere outside the UK. A list of the UK Postcodes affected is available on request.<\/span><\/p>\n

If delivery addresses in areas that attract additional costs or surcharges are not notified to us and quoted prior to despatch, we will submit a further invoice to cover any additional costs or surcharges and include a handling fee of 25%.<\/span><\/p>\n

When a specific delivery date is requested and the goods are despatched on the respective scheduled service, we accept no responsibility for any delays due to the carrier\u2019s or customers\u2019 booking-in procedures. In any event neither party shall be liable for damages nor have the right to terminate an agreement for any delay or default caused by conditions beyond its control, i.e. \u201cForce Majeure\u201d. This applies to any failure or delay in performance caused by effects beyond that party\u2019s reasonable control and occurring without its fault or negligence, including, without limitation, failure of suppliers, subcontractors, and carriers, to substantially meet their performance obligations provided that, as a condition of non-liability, the party experiencing the difficulty shall give the other prompt notice with details following the occurrence of the cause relied upon. Dates by which performance obligations are scheduled to be met will be extended for a period of time equal to the time lost due to any delay so caused.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/a> Normally despatch will be confirmed and Consignment Note Numbers provided so that they can be tracked. PoD\u2019s can be supplied if necessary.<\/span><\/span>

\nPurchasing<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Every possible effort will be made to ensure that the goods supplied are those described. However, in the event of any not being available, we reserve the right to substitute with similar items of equivalent or better value. <\/span><\/span>

\nAfter-Sales Service & Guarantees<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

All consignments are fully insured. Claims for breakages or other damage must be made in writing, within three days of receipt, quoting the information on the delivery label.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

If the recipient signed that the consignment was received in good condition, then for any claim to be considered, we must be notified of the loss or damage by 12 noon on the next working day after delivery. The damaged goods will be replaced and postage refunded provided that they are returned to us. Claims for non-delivery must be made within 14 days from the despatch.<\/span><\/span>

\nPrivacy Policy<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

We reserve the right to use copies of any personalised items, i.e. printed boxes, gift tags, luggage labels, wooden lids, corkscrews, etc., in subsequent advertising and marketing material.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

We do not disclose customers\u2019 information to third parties.

\nAll business is undertaken subject to the terms stated here and in any relevant correspondence.
